Dudelo Privacy Policy (PP) describes how we process the personal data of the users of our app and website (“Services”).

Please note that this PP only applies to the processing of personal data carried out by Dudelo as a data controller.

Dudelo collects Customer Data and Analytics Data. Analytics Data as well as combined shall also be considered to be personal data under applicable laws.

  • To process transactions – Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company without your consent except of the insurance company, because the insurance is embedded part of Dudelo transactional processes

Dudelo may collect and process the following Customer Data:

  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Body measurements and sports gear size
  • Sport preferences
  • Address and e-mail address

  • Currency
  • Bank account number (for service providers)

  • Photo (required)
  • Social media accounts details
  • Billing and transactional data
  • Marketing opt-ins and opt-outs

In addition, personal information may be collected and updated from service providers and public registers. We also process Analytics Data, which we gather in connection with the use of our Services includes, for example, the following data:

Dudelo uses technologies to collect and store Analytics Data and other information when Customers use our Services, including cookies.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

We do not share personal data with third parties outside of Dudelo organization unless one of the following circumstances applies:

1) It is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy

To the extent that third parties need access to personal data to perform the Services, Dudelo has taken appropriate contractual and organizational measures to ensure that personal data are processed exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We may share personal data with third parties outside Dudelo’s organization if we have a good-faith belief that access to and use of the personal data is reasonably necessary for legal reasons.

We may share personal data with third parties outside Dudelo’s organization for other reasons than the ones mentioned before when we have the explicit consent to do so. You have the right to withdraw this consent at all times.
